Abstract:Through thedeterminationof appearance and internal quality indicators of47 turnip germplasmresources from different provinces,along withcorrelationanalysis and principalcomponentanalysis,thisresearchaims toprovideaolid reference for thescreening,utilization ofturnip germplasmresources,and subsequent breeding eforts.Theresults reveal thattherearehighlysignificantdifferences ininternalqualityamongvarious tumipgermplasmresources,thecoefficient of variation ranges from 3.53% to 382.05% ,among which the coefficient of variation of anthocyanin content is the largest andthatof water content is the smalest.The comprehensive evaluation using the membership function method indicates that W 50exhibitsthebest performance,attaining thehighest scoreof3.87.Following W50are W2,W52,andW17.In contrast,W47,W25,W44,andW34demonstraterelativelypoorcomprehensiveperformance.Regarding tumips with differentskincolorsoffleshoots,threaredcrepanciesinthocyanin,flvonoid,totalpnol,iiCin ganicacid,watercontent,anddrymatercontent.Thecomprehensivequalityshows thefollowing order:All-purple= al-red>green-white=green-yellow>purple-white>all-white.Forturnips withdiferentfleshcolorsoffleshyrots,iferencesexist inanthocyanin,flavonoid,totalphenol,andsaponincontent.Thecomprehensivequalityisankedas:Pur ple-whiteflesh>yellw flesh>whiteflesh.The findingsofthisstudyestablishafundamental basis forthescreeningof turnip germplasm resources and the breeding of new variety.
