转光膜对秋延后大棚温光环境调控及辣椒生长生理的影响

Abstract:Toinvestigatetheregulatoryefectsoflightconversionfilmonthetemperatureandlightenvironmentingeenhouse for late-autumn pepper production in the Dongting-Lakearea,as wellas its efect on pepper growthand physiology, andtoevaluate itsapplicabilityduringhigh-temperature seasons,this studyused thepeppervariety Changla 6O as the experimental material.Two treatments were applied:lightconversion fim(T)andordinaryPO film(CK).Comparative analyses wereconductedonchanges ingrenhouse temperatureandlightconditions,pepper agronomic traits,and physiologicalindicators.Theresults showed that thelightconversion filmsignificantlyincreased thedailymaximumtemperature inside the greenhouse(peak increase of 6.34∘C) ,reduced the daily maximum light intensityby 53733.71x ,and decreased theaveragedaily humidityby 4.80% .However, there wasno significant change in the average daily temperature, exhibitingatemperaureandlightregulationcharacteristicof peak-temperature-increase withoutaverage-temperature-rise. Coverage with the light conversion film promoted longitudinal fruit development(fruit longitudinal diameter increased by (204号 9.81% ),but due totheofseting effectofhigh-temperaturestressthere was nosignificant improvementinsinglefruit masand yield per plant.In terms of physiologyical mechanisms,light conversion filmcoverage cuased a dramatic increase of 179.07% in leaf malondialdehyde(MDA)content, indicating oxidative damage induced by high-temperature stres,whileCATacitvitydidnotchangesignificantlysuggestinganinadequateresponseoftheantioxidantdefensesystem.This studyreveals that lightconversion films exacerbate heat stressinside the greenhouse during high-temperature seasons,limitingpepperyieldformation.Therefore,itisnotrecommended todirectlyandsolelyapplysuch filmthatsignificantlyelevatepeaktemperaturesduring high-temperatureperiods.Their aplication inhigh-temperaturerequires the integrationofcoolingtechnologies tomitigateheatdamagerisks,providingatheoreticalbasis foroptimizingthegeenhouse cultivation environment for peppers in the region.
