甜瓜种子内生菌多样性及其促生功能分析

Abstract:Toidentifyendophytesinmelon(CucumismeloL.)seedsand verifytheirplant growth-promoting functions, melon seeds were used as the experimental materials.Endophytes were isolated using the dilution plating method,and theirdiversitywasanalyzedbasedon16SrRNAgenesequencing.Theisolatedendophytes wereevaluatedfortheirabilitiesinphosphatesolubilation,trogenfation,potassmsolubilation,produtionofdole--aceticacid(A)derophore production,andcelulose decompositionusing various growth-promoting media.Theresultsshowed that39 bacterial strainseresccessfullysolatedfromthemelonseeds,elongingto7speciesacross3gneraBacilus,Esric ia,Shigella),ithBacillusbingthdominantgenus.AllspeciesexibiteditrogenfixationandAAproductioncapabilities,while5 species belonging totheBacillus andEscherichia genera demonstrated siderophores production.In conclusion,the melonseeds hrboreddiverseendophytes,andallendophytespossssgrowth-promoting functions.Thisstudyreveals the diversityof endophyte in melon seeds and provides valuable germplasm resources for the development of environmentally friendlybiofertilizers.
