9种杀菌剂对瓜类细菌性果斑病的抑制效果

Abstract:Bacterial fruit blotch(BFB)isaquarantine seed-borne diseasecaused byAcidovorax citrull,whichmainly harms Watermelon,melon and other cucurbit crops.BFB hasseriously limitted thesustainableand healthydevelopment ofthemelonindustrydue to itsfeatures ofrapidlyspreadingandseriously infecting.Acitrullistrains have beendivided into two distinct groups basedontheir genetic diversity.Inthis study,theplate inhibition zone methodand poted prevention experimentwas performed to measure the inhibitoryactivityand control efficacyof9 fungicides( 36% chunlei copper quinoline, 21.4% cuaminosulfate copper citrate, 20% copper abietate, 46%KCD3000 25% cupric-amminium, 50% chunlei iodoxyl copper, 20% thiosen copper, 0.3% tetramycin, 72% streptomycin sulfate)against A citrulli group I strains pslb9,pslb65,and group I strains pslbtw14,pslbtw32,pslbtw38,and Aac5.The plate inhibition zone test showed that 0.3% tetramycin, 46%KCD3000 50% chunlei iodoxyl copper and 72% streptomycinsulfate,all exhibited favorableantibacterial activity against both groupIand group II strains.The preventive effcts on poted plants showed that 72% streptomycin sulfate, 36% chunlei copper quinoline, 50% chunlei iodoxyl copper had good control effects on the BFB caused byboth of the group I and II strians. In summary, 50% chunlei iodoxyl copper exhibited favorable control efficacy against both groupIand group I strains in both in vitroand pot experiments,with theaditional advantage of environmental friendliness.Itwas recommendedas the preferredoptions forapplication.Theaboveresults providedareferenceforguiding the preventionandcontrolofBFB,andalsoprovided technical supports for furtherfieldexperimentsand largearea applications.
