85份不同果型番茄种质资源果实品质分析及综合评价

Abstract: Using85 tomato germplasmresources with diferent fruit typesas experimental materials,asystematic study was conductedonthefruitappearancequality,flavorqualityandnutritionalquality.Multiple statistical methods,ncluding correlation analysis,principalcomponentanalysis,and membership function method were employed tocomprehensively evaluate the fruit quality.Theresults showed that in terms of appearancequalitymedium-sized tomato exhibited rich variations infruit shape,while smalltypeandcherry type were mainlyoblong,roundand high round.The mature fruitcolor was dominatedbyredfruit.Intermsofflavorquality,thecontentofcitricacidandmalicacidofdierent fruit types showed a large coefficient of variation,both of which were more than 40% .In terms of nutritional quality, the contentof vitamin C,folicacid and theaveragecontentof5nutritional quality indicators incherrfruit typetomato wereall higherthan those inmediumandsmallfruit type.Theresultsof thecorelationanalysisshowed thattheoveralappearancequalityofthe fruit wassignificantlynegativelycorelated with the nutritionalquality.Among the flavor qualities,all traitsshowedacertainpositivecorrelationexceptfortherelationshipbetweentotalacidcontentandsugar-acidratio.In nutritionalquality traits,the corelation between vitamin Ccontent and lycopene content was not significantly.Through comprehensiveevaluationusingprincipalcomponentanalysiscombined with themembershipfunctionmethod,13materials with superior quality( ⋅X>0.6 were selected.The membership function scores indicated that cherry fruit type tomato exhibited beterqualitythanthatofsmallfruit tomato,whilesmallfruit tomatooutperformed mediumfruit tomato inquality.Inconclusion,thelargevariation coefficientofcitricacidand malicacid intomato fruitprovided significantselection potential in breeding processThecomprehensivequalityofcherry fruit typewassuperior to thatofmediumand small fruittype.Theresultsofthisstudycanprovideatheoreticalbasis fortheevaluationoftomatofruitqualityand variety improvement.
