芦笋生产中沼液与化肥配施优化技术研究

Abstract:The substitutionof biogas slurry forchemical fertilizers in asparagus production can enhanceboth yield and quality,while alsoreducing chemical fertilizers applicationand promoting theresourceutilization ofanaerobic digestion byproductsfrom livestock manure.Thisplaysacrucialroleinthe integrationcropcultivationandlivestock farming.In this study,four chemical fertilizer application gradients were set up:Conventional fertilization,reductionof 20% , 40% , and 80% .Withineach gradient,threetreatments were setup:CK,half-diluted biogas slurry application,and full strength biogas slurryapplication,to investigatethe effectsofdifferent biogas surryapplicationmethods underdiferentchemical fertilizersubstitutionratios onasparagus production.Theresults showed thatthe aplicationof biogas slurycould significantly increasetheyieldof asparagus underdiferent chemicalfertilizerapplicationrates,andthe applicationof biogas slurrydilutedwith waterwasmoreconducive tothe increaseofthenetvegetablerateandnetvegetableyield.Theapplicationof biogas slurrycouldefectivelyincrease thecontentofsolublesugar,protein,fat,andvitamin Cinasparagus,and reducetecelulosecontent.Theapplicationofbiogas slurrywas beneficial toalleviatesoilacidificationandtheaccumulationof baseions,thereby inhibiting soilsalinization.Theapplicationof biogas slurycould also increasethecontentof soil rganic materandsoilnutrientelements.Inasparagus production,theapplicationofbiogas slurrydiluted with water is a relatively reasonable fertilization method,and the application amount of biogas slurry is preferably 3-4m3⋅667m-2 ( each time.Under this condition,the application of base chemical fertilizers can be reduced by 20%40%
