Abstract: This study investigated eight edible mushroom species from the Arshan area,analyzing their contentof nine organicnutritionalcomponents,includingcrudeprotein,totalsugar,andcrudefat,aswellascrudeashandsixorganic mineral elements.Principal component analysis (PCA)and cluster analysis wereemployed to comprehensively evaluate the nutritionalqualityoftheseeight mushroom species.Theresults showed that thecoefficientsof variationforthe15 nutritional componentsranged from 9.45% to 114.37% .Specifically,thecoefficientsof variation forchlorineand starch content were 114.37% and 100.64% ,respectively, indicating significant differences in nutrient content among the eight species.In the PCA,the cumulative contribution rate of the first two principal components reached 90.955% ,representing the majority of the nutritionalquality data.The comprehensive scores of theeight mushroom species ranged from -2.407 to1.741.Among them,Calocybegambosaachievedthehighestscore,indicating the bestoverallnutritional quality.Hypsizygus marmoreus,Tricholomamongolicum,ndStrophariarugosoannulatascoredbetween.083and1.244,eoting relativelygood nutritional quality.Incontrast,Pholiota namekohadthe lowestscore,signifying poorer nutritional quality. Clusteranalysis clasifiedtheeight mushroomsamples intofour distinctclusters:ClusterIcontained twosamples,Cluster II contained four samples,Cluster IIcontained one sample,and Cluster IVcontained one sample.Hypsizygus marmoreusand Calocybe gambosa were grouped together,primarilycharacterized by their high content ofcrude protein, crudefat,total fatyacids,andmagnesium,identifyingthemashigh-qualityedible mushrooms.Inconclusion,theresults ofPCAand clusteranalysis wereconsistent,with Calocybegambosademonstratingthebestcomprehensivequality.The findingsof this studyprovideascientificreferenceforthe developmentand enhancementoftheedible mushroom ndustry in the Arshan area.
