Abstract:Thearivalofthedigitalintelligencerainthe2stcenturyhasbroughtunprecedentedopportunitiesandchallenges tothe managementandservicesof ibraries.Therapidadvancementof informationtechnologyhasnotonlyeshapedtheolepositioningoflibrariansbutalsoresultedintesubstitutionofsometraditioalskilbymergingtechnologies.Intiscontext,teut profesionalqualitystructureoflibrarianshasbecomedificulttoadapttothetransformationandupgradingoflibrariesandheincreasinglydiversified demandsof readers.Therefore,the collaborativeworking mode of "librarian + virtual librarian"has emerged, becominganinevitabletrendinpromotingthedevelopmentofsmartlibrary.Thispaperthoroughlyexploresthesignificantmeaningof enhancingtheprofessioalualitsofartiraans,teostiuntelementsofprofesoalqualitis,ndthimprovmtate gies.The aim is to provide operational suggestions and ideas for thecareer development path of smart librarians.
