Abstract：Intheall-mediaera，colege students‘readingliteracyis facingnewchallenges.Theirreading methods，readingcontent，andreadingdrivershaveundergonesignificantchanges.Basedonanin-epthanalysisofthesechanges，thisarticlefindstat thecurrentcolege studentsreadingliteracyhasproblemssuchasinsuficientreadingdepth，entertainmentorientedreading，and changesinreadingdrivers.Itisurgenttoimprovereading literacytroughcognitivereconstruction.Thisarticlesystematicallanalyzesthediretionofgnitivcostructioofollgesdentsadingliteacyndasdontisropossiovativeateifr colege studentsrading iteracyeducationintheallmediaera，namelyestablishingtheconceptofbigreadingandbuildingadiver sifiedreadingecology;iovateeducatioalcontentandmethodstoehancetheefectivenesofreadingliteracyeducation;thetop leveldesignadoptsmultiplemeasurestoomprehensivelyhancedigitalliteracycapablitis.Itistprovideteoreticalsuport andpracticalgudanceforcultivatingneeratalentswithighreadingliteracyandtoelpachievethegoalofultivatingnetalents in the all-media era.
