Visual Analysis of Library Reader Service Research in China Based on CiteSpace

Abstract:High-qualityreaderserviceisapowerfulfulcrumforthelibrarytoreconstruct itscorecompetitiveness,anditisalso animportantpartofthelibrarybuildaknowledgeserviceecosystem.Iordertoexploretheresearchhotspotsanddevelopmenttrends ofreaderserviceinChineselibraries,throughthliteraturemeasurementsoftwareCiteSpace,224joualdocumentsereanalyed, whichwereretrievedfromtheChinaNationalKnowledgeInfrastructure(CNKI)withthekeywords"library"and"readerservicefrom 200to2024.Theresultsofthesudyshowhat:mostofteresearchinstitutionsandsholarsareindependentresearch,lackofcommunicationandcooperationacrossistitutionsanddisciplines,haveotetfoedaneectiveresearchooperationnetwork;there searchhotspotopicsmanlyincudetefolowingtreecategories:self-serviceandelectronicreadingroom,servicequaltyadreaderrelationshipmanagementandtheimpactofemerging technologyonthelibraryservicemodel;againsthebackgroundoftheeraof bigdata,howlibrariesusetechnicalmeanstosrengthenreadingpromotionactivitiesandcontiuouslyimprovesatisfactioofrader service has become an important trend in future research.
