Abstract：Thisarticleusesresearch methodssuchasinductiveanalysis，comprehensiveanalysis，andinferentialanalysis toexplorethepositioningandcharacteristicsoforalhistoryservicecentersinuniversitylibrariesunderthebackgroundoffuturelearing centers.Itanalyzesthekeyelementsoforalhistoryservicecentersinuniversitylibrariesandproposesamatrixoflementsforconstructingralstoyicetes：aaial，aterialoudao（soues），nddancdthologfameok thesametime，itisproposedtobuildaninovativemechanismof two-wayempowermentbetweenthefuturelearningcenterandthe library'soralhistorservicefromthethreedimensionsofsubject，esourceandtechologyamelytobuildthiversitylbarys ral history service center from three aspects： the trinity of "subject+space + oral history resources"，the all-round resource construction systemof "oralhistoryresources+management+service"，andtheservicesupportsystemof"oralhistorydocuments+teachingteet".
