Abstract：AgainstthebackdropofRuralRevitalizationStrategyandinnovation-drivendevelopment，thetrainingof agriculturaltalentsinlocalapplication-orientedcollgesanduniversitiesurgentlynedstobetransformedandupgradedTis researchfocusesonthetrainingsystemformastersdegreestudents majoring inAgronomyandSeedIndustryatYulinUniversity. Aimingattheoutstandingproblemsinthecurrnttrainingprocess，suchastheimpefectoperatingmechanismofthedualteachersystem，theimperfectdesignof thepracticalteachingsystem，andweakpracticallinks，wehavebuilta"goal-problem -path"thre-dimensionallinkagetrainingmodelinnovationplan.Theprogramaimstoimprovegraduatestudents’comprehensive abilityto"condensescientificproblems-formulatesolutions-respondtoemergencies"andisguidedbysolvinglocalpractical problems.Itcarresoutreformandoptimizationintermsofteacherstructure，curriculumconstruction，professionalpractice， assessmentandevaluation，andguaranteesystem，andsystematicallsolvestheproblemofdisconectionbetweentalenttraining andregionalagriculturalmodernizationneeds.Theaplicationofthismodelwillenhancestudents’senseofprofesionalmision andprofessonalcompetence，andprovideapracticalparadigmthatcanbeusedforsimilarcollgesanduniversitiestocultivate high-level applied talents who "understand agriculture，love rural areas，and love farmers."
