Abstract:Cultivatingrobustseedlingsisoneofthekeys toachievinghighyieldandeficiencyinmachine-transplantedrice. Factorssuchasseedlingsubstrate,seedingrate,chemicalcontrol,andwaterandfertlizermanagementdirectlyinfluencethe qualityofseedlings.UsingShengxiangnuo1asthematerial,thisstudysetuptreatmentswitharddiskutrientsoilsoftdisk nutrient soil,hard disk substrate coton,and hard disk straw substrate blocksat a seeding rate of 90kg⋅ha-1 ,with the commonly used soft disk nutrient soil treatment at 120kg∙ha-1 asa control. The quality of the seedlings was analyzed.The results indicated that reducing the seeding rate increased the seedling emergence rate by up to 7.31% ,with significant improvements in plant height,stembasewidth,andotherindicatorsAmongdiferentsedlingsubstrates,thericeseedlingsexhibitedatrendof increasingandthendecreasingplantheight,leafarea,stembasewidth,andbiomassacumulationOverall,sedingscultivated with soft disk nutrient soil and hard disk substrate cotton at a seeding rate of 90kg∙ha-1 showed significant superiority over other seedling substrates.
