Abstract：XiJinping ThoughtonCulture，asthegeneral guidingprincipleforthedevelopmentofcultureinthenewera， giveaclearresponseandtothepolticaldirection，inherentlaws，questionsofthetimes，andpracticalmeasuresforthe revitalizationofruralculture，andarepowerfulideologicalweaponsandscientficactionguidesforpromotingtheizationofrural cultureinthenewera.Toadvanceruralculturalrevitalzation，wemustadheretotheguidanceofXiJinping Thoughton Culture，mpowerandstrengthenthefoundationwithculturalpower，andtocomposeanewchapterofruralculturalrevitaliation. Thispaperusesamethodof combining theorywith practice，guidedbyXiJinping ThoughtonCulture，toexpoundthefour layersofvalueconnotationinXiJinpingThoughtonCulture，theexistingrealistcdilemmasofruralculturalrevitlizationin termsof mainbodyconstruction，valueidentity，suplyservicesandsoonareanalyzed，andpracticalcounteasuressuchas castingtecorepositionoftheParty'sleadership，culivatingnewpeasantandtalentteams，optimizingculturalsuplyand innovating characteristic industries are proposed.
