——基于兴趣导向与资源优化的探索

Abstract：Thispaperaddresss theprevalentproblemsinundergraduateresearch training inagronomy，namelythelate initiation，limitedengagementandunsatisfactoryutcomes.Itproposesaniovativeprogressiveherarchicaltraiingmodel， whichcategorizesstudentsintothreelevelsR1（ighinterest），R2（moderateinterest），andR3（basicrequirement）basedoteir researchmotivationandcareerplanning.Diferentiatedtrainingpathwaysandresourcealocationschemesaredesigned accordingly.Temodeladoptsaphasedadmisionmechanismfromthesecondsemesteroffreshmanyeartothesecondsemester ofjunioryear，coupledwithathree-tierguidancesystemof"faculty-graduatestudent-undergraduatestudent"thereby enhancingtheprecisionoffacultyinputandtheefectivenessofresearchtraining.Specialemphasisisplacedontheintegration ofR1-levelstudentsintoagriculturalpractice，includingearlyacess toexperimentalfields，full-cyclecropobservationsoil nutrientanalysis，pestanddiseasesurveys，andpreliminarybredingexperiments.Tisstudyprovidesaheoreticalframeworkand practicalpathwayforreformingundergraduateresearch training inagriculturaluniversitiesandcollegesin China.
