Abstract：Atpresent，thefocusofChina’sdevelopmentisstillinseparablefromruralrevitalization，andtheintegrated developmentofgreencultureandtourismisanimportantmeansofruralrevitalization.Asapracticalsampleoftheintegrated developmentofgreencultureandtourism，the"TenAcres"demonstrationzoneinZhujiCityfocusesonthepathexplorationof coordinatedandcogoverancebythegovernmententerprisesandvilagersimingtosolveproblemssuchasdecentralaiof powersandresponsiblities，imbalanceofinterestsandlackofculturalconnotationsintradionalgovernance.Basedonthe perspectiveofoverallgovernance，thispaperproposes toformavirtuouscycleof"ecology-culture-economy"through measuressuchasmechanismimprovement，colaborativegovernanceofmultipleentities，andindustrialintegration，andprovide systematicsolutionsforthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofgrenculturaltourisminthecontextofruralrevitalizationhelpingto achievethesustainabledevelopmentgoalsofecologicalvalueadded，industrialeficiencyimprovementandruralcoprosperity.
