Abstract Centralized nucleic acid testing is a crucial initiative to enhance the safety level of clinical blood use and reduce the risk of disease transmission through blood transfusion. The local standard for "Management Specifications of Centralized Nucleic Acid Testing in Blood Stations" addresses isses such as non-standardized blood specimen handover，iadequate informationtechnologylevels，and imperfectemergency response mechanisms.It standardizes the entire process from personnel qualifications，equipment configuration，specimen handling，technical requirements，quality control，emergencyresponse forboth testing parties and entrusting parties.Theformulationandimplementationof this standard willcontribute to improving thequalityand eficiencyofcentralized nucleicacid testing，providing robust supportfor ensuring the safetyofclinical blood use，and promoting thehigh一quality developmentof the voluntary blood donation cause.
