Abstract The construction of National Regional Medical Center is a crucial strategic plan made by the Party Central Commitee and the StateCouncil.It representsa keymeasure to balancethe distribution of highquality medical re sources，enhance regional medical servicecapabilities，and addresstheissueof "dificulty inacessng medicalservices" forthe people.As one of thethird batch of National Regional Medical Center，Chongqing Hospital of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine，basedonthe spiritof"three sincerity"，emphasizes thefunctional positioning of a public Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital.It vigorously promotes talent recruitment and training，disciplineconstruction，and technological innovation.Byadopting thetransplanted operational model，itachieves medical servicesof the same quality as those provided by the export hospital.
