Abstract Improving nursing services is a crucial measure to enhance the public's experience of seeking medical care and strengthen their senseof gain.Withthe intensificationof populationaging and theupgrading of medical needs，the significanceof unacompanied care services has become increasingly prominent.Focusing onthecore needs of patients receiving unacompanied care，this study constructs a nursing quality management model from four modules： safety，rehabilitation，comfort，and respect.Meanwhile，it leverages inteligent systems to enhancetheeficiencyof nursing quality management for unaccompanied care. By driving refined management of unacompanied care nursing quality based on indicator data，this approach ensures patient safety，elevates nursing quality，and improves the patient experience.
