Abstract Talent is the core resource of new quality productivity and the core driving force for promoting the high -qualitydevelopment of public hospitals.Combining the theoryofnew quality productivity with the employer brand 4P theory,this study systematicaly proposes strategies forconstructingtheemployerbrandof public hospitals fromfourdimensions:talent demand (people),precise positioning (position),value proposition (product),and disemination and promotion(promotion).These strategies aim to provide talent guarantees for the high一quality developmentof public hospitals.
