Abstract ObjectiveTo achieve standardized and intelligent weight-loss management，facilitate precise weightloss，and reducetherisk ofchronicdiseases.MethodsBasedontheinvestigation andanalysis of the hospitals weight -loss business processes and requirements，an intellgent weight-loss management system was developed using the DeepSeek-R1 large model. Results During a 12- week trial period，the system managed 79 obese patients，achieving an average weight loss of 4.4kg and an average reduction in body fat percentage of 3.5% . The system was logged into 15 263 times，with 4 266 records completed.The prediction error for weight change was less than 1kg . The rate of patients autonomously choosing healthy diets reached 70% ，and the completion rate of exercise goals was 63% ，indicating a certain improvement in the sustainability of weight management. ConclusionThe intelligent weight-loss system contributes toenhancing patientcompliance with medical advice，aleviating theclinical workload，and promoting the development of intelligent healthcare.
