Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the management strategies for personnel stationing in National Regional Medical Center from the perspectiveof the export hospital.MethodsThe SWOTanalysis method was employed to examine the internal strengths and weaknesses,as well as the external opportunities and threats,concerning the stationing of hospital personnel. This analysis was utilized to explore and study management strategies for dispatched personel. ResultsA "one—hospital—one-policy" model was constructed to select and stationing personnel in accordance with local conditions.A"doubledirector" managementsystem wasexploredtoutilize talents scientificallyAdditionally,abidirectionallinkage mechanism for talent cultivation was established.ConclusionScientific management of personel stationing contributes to strengthening project construction,reasonably addressing issues related to talent and development,and promoting the orderly and sustainable development of collaborative construction.
