Abstract From the perspective of deepening the reform of the healthcare system，this study started with an analysis of the establishment backgroundof National Medical Center and National Regional Medical Center，as wellas theevolving expressions of key tasks inhealthcare reform over theyears，to explore development pathways for the dual一centerconstruction. These pathways include establishing a stable investment guarantee mechanism，leveraging pricing and payment methods，and improving reforms in staffing alocation and salary systems，thereby amplifying the comprehensive effects of healthcare reform.
