Abstract Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Children's Hospital （Xinjiang Children's Hospital） plans to build a National Children's Regional Medical Center"based in Xinjiang，facing the northwestand radiating to Central Asia" through 10 years'hard work bytaking advantageof the high-quality medical resources of the National Children's Medical Center and theBeijing Children's Hospitalafiliated tothe Capital Universityof Medical Sciencs （Beijing Children's Hospital），to drive the high一qualitydevelopmentofregional pediatrics，toreduce therateofregionalchildren's referrl，，and to realize the goal thatthe gap between thelevel oftreatment of key diseases and thatof Beijing and Shanghai willbe greatly narrowed，and that the medical treatmentof children's patients in Xinjiang willbe reduced to less than 8% . Xinjiang Children's Hospital is fullymanagedandoperated independently bytheBeijing Children's Hospital through acomprehensive entrustment model. This collboration implements the six一sharing strategy，which includes sharing of experts，clinical services，scientificresearch，education，prevention，and management，to escort theconstructionof theregional medicalcenter project.Theconstructionof theNational Regional MedicalCentercan effectivelyintegrate thepediatric medicalresources in Xinjiang，improvethelevelof pediatric medicalservices，met the growing medicalneedsof the people，and provide a strong guarantee for the development of the Silk Road Economic Belt.
