Abstract The National Regional Medical Center representa significant decision and deployment made bythe Party Central Commite adte StateCouncil taddressthechallengesofrosprovincialadcossregionalmedical treatmentfortheeneral publicand toachievethegoalof HealthyChina.Inthepracticeofconstructing theNational Regional MedicalCenterproject，ilin Hospital afilatedwithBeijingAnzenHospital，CapitalMedicalUniversity，asadheredtoteprojectconstructionplg，ith the goal f "onecenter，three models".Itcomprehensivelyimplements thenewdevelopment philosophy，constructsanewdevelpment paradigm，implements borderlessmanagement，pursues apathof diferentiateddevelopment，and promotes thethree translation in "management，technology，andbrand"Thisapproach graduallyrealizes multi一domain transplantationandallroundco operation，exploringaconstructionpathfortheNationalRegionalMedicalCenterthatalignswithregionaldevelopmentandlocalre alities.
