统计学分析在食品监督抽检数据分析中的应用研究进展

摘 要:本文通过查阅文献资料,对近几年统计学分析在食品监督抽检数据分析中的应用进行综述,研究统计学分析在数据处理与挖掘工作中取得成果进展。统计分析方法可以为食品安全事件的预警和处置提供支持,还可以为食品监督抽检制订计划提供科学依据,有助于提高食品安全监管的效率和水平,构建食品安全的共治格局。

Research Progress on the Application of Statistical Analysis in the Analysis of Sampling Data of Food Supervision

Abstract: This paper reviews the application of statistical analysis in food supervision and sampling data analysis in recent years, and studies the progress of statistical analysis in data processing and mining. The statistical analysis method can provide support for the early warning and disposal of food safety incidents, and also provide a scientific basis for the formulation of plans for food supervision and sampling inspection. It is helpful to improve the efficiency and level of food safety supervision and build a co-governance pattern of food safety.

食品监督抽检是保障食品安全的重要手段,通过对不同环节的各类食品进行监督抽检,可以达到及时预警和控制风险的目的,通过这种方式,可以促使市场淘汰不符合食品安全标准的产品,从而保障食品安全并推动食品产业的高质量发展。(剩余5231字)
