大数据思维在食品安全标准制定中的应用

摘 要：在信息化和大数据时代背景下，食品安全标准的制定面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。基于此，本文首先对大数据思维进行概述，分析食品安全标准制定中融入大数据思维的必要性，提出大数据思维在食品安全标准制定中的应用要点，旨在为制定更为科学、严谨的食品安全标准提供新的思路和方法。

Application of Big Data Thinking in the Formulation of Food Safety Standards

Abstract： In the era of information technology and big data， the formulation of food safety standards is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Based on this， this paper first summarizes the big data thinking， analyzes the necessity of integrating big data thinking into the formulation of food safety standards， and puts forward the application points of big data thinking in the formulation of food safety standards， aiming to provide new ideas and methods for the formulation of more scientific and rigorous food safety standards.
