蔬菜中9种农药残留的检测分析

摘 要:农药残留是蔬菜中突出的食品安全问题,高效、便捷、快速地检测蔬菜中农药残留是否超标尤为重要。本文通过气相色谱-串联质谱法测定蔬菜中常见的9种农药残留,对样品前处理的过程进行优化。结果显示,方法线性关系良好,回收率、精密度均满足多组分农药残留在蔬菜中的快速、高效、准确定性与定量分析要求。

Detection and Analysis of Nine Kinds of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables

Abstract: Pesticide residues are a prominent food safety issue in vegetables, and it is particularly important to efficiently, conveniently, and quickly detect whether pesticide residues in vegetables exceed the standard. This article uses gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry to determine 9 common pesticide residues in vegetables and optimize the sample pretreatment process. The results showed that the linear relationship of the method was good, and the recovery rate and precision met the requirements for rapid, efficient, accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis of multi-component pesticide residues in vegetables.

随着蔬菜种植的规模化,种植户为减少蔬菜的病虫害与提高蔬菜的经济性、高产性,大量使用农药用于防治病虫害和促进植物生长,不规范使用农药和违规使用禁用农药使得农药残留问题越来越严重,最终影响人们的身体健康。(剩余2466字)
