食品检测中农药残留检测技术的研究

摘 要：随着经济的发展，人们对食品安全越来越重视，对食品检测工作提出了更高的要求。现阶段农作物种类越来越丰富，农药残留问题也日渐严重，加大了食品安全威胁。本文从农药残留危害、农药检测的意义、农药残留检测技术以及提升农药残留检测水平的策略4个方面展开论述，希望为相关人员提供参考。

Abstract： With the development of economy， people pay more and more attention to food safety， and put forward higher requirements for food testing. At this stage， the variety of crops is becoming increasingly rich， and the problem of pesticide residues is becoming increasingly serious， increasing the threat to food safety. This article discusses the hazards of pesticide residues， the significance of pesticide detection， pesticide residue detection technology， and strategies to improve the level of pesticide residue detection， hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel.
