Abstract： With the rapid development of the national economy， people’s demand for wine is increasing. In this context， Baijiu has obtained corresponding development opportunities. In order to realize the long-term and stable development of Baijiu enterprises， it is also necessary to pay attention to the quality of Baijiu products， optimize the construction of quality management system according to market requirements and the enterprise’s own development needs， and ensure the health of consumers.
