高效液相色谱测定食品中固绿的前处理方法对比研究

摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法测定食品中人工合成色素固绿,对比了4种不同前处理方法,包括直接提取法、液-液萃取法、聚酰胺粉吸附法和固相萃取法。分别对果汁、配制酒、糖果、蜜饯等不同基质进行测定,分析测定结果的准确度和精密度,并结合方法的便捷度和经济效益等,确定各种不同基质对应的最优前处理方法。

Abstract: High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the fast green FCF of artificial synthetic pigments in food. Four different pretreatment conditions were compared, including direct extraction method, liquid-liquid extraction method, polyamide powder adsorption method and solid phase extraction method. Prepare different matrices such as wine, candy, and candied fruit for determination, analyze the accuracy and precision of the measurement results, and combine the convenience and economic benefits of the method to determine the optimal pretreatment method for various matrices.
