摘 要：随着人们对农贸市场食品安全关注程度的日益增加，不断构建更加完善的食品安全监管体系成为维护人们日常饮食健康的现实需求，同时也是推动我国经济稳步高质量发展的前提。相关部门需要针对相关工作进行进一步的细化与优化，为食品安全提供有效的保障。

Abstract： With the increasing attention paid to food safety in agricultural markets， continuously building a more comprehensive food safety supervision system has become a practical need to maintain people’s daily dietary health， and is also a prerequisite for promoting the steady and high-quality development of China’s economy. Relevant departments need to further refine and optimize relevant work to provide effective guarantees for food safety.
