互联网外卖食品安全监管绩效评价指标构建研究

摘 要：本文从互联网外卖食品行业及其安全监管现状分析着手，结合政府监管绩效评价相关理论，基于以人为本的绩效考评理念，运用德尔菲专家法与层次分析法设计出一套客观科学、可落地的互联网食品安全监管绩效考评指标体系，为后续该食品领域监管考评提供一定的指导建议。

Abstract： Starting from the analysis of the internet takeaway food industry and its safety supervision status， combined with the relevant theories of government regulatory performance evaluation， based on the people-oriented performance evaluation concept， this paper uses Delphi expert method and analytic hierarchy method to design a set of objective， scientific and practical internet food safety supervision performance evaluation index system， which provides certain guidance and suggestions for the subsequent regulatory evaluation in the food field.
