互联网外卖食品安全监管绩效评价指标构建研究

摘 要:本文从互联网外卖食品行业及其安全监管现状分析着手,结合政府监管绩效评价相关理论,基于以人为本的绩效考评理念,运用德尔菲专家法与层次分析法设计出一套客观科学、可落地的互联网食品安全监管绩效考评指标体系,为后续该食品领域监管考评提供一定的指导建议。

Abstract: Starting from the analysis of the internet takeaway food industry and its safety supervision status, combined with the relevant theories of government regulatory performance evaluation, based on the people-oriented performance evaluation concept, this paper uses Delphi expert method and analytic hierarchy method to design a set of objective, scientific and practical internet food safety supervision performance evaluation index system, which provides certain guidance and suggestions for the subsequent regulatory evaluation in the food field.

近年来,随着互联网与速食技术的应用推广,外卖食品行业兴起,根据《中国共享经济发展报告》相关数据,2022年外卖餐饮业规模达到近万亿规模,线上外卖消费占餐饮消费的比重也由2018年的10.9%提升至2022年的25.4%,但与此同时也出现了诸多安全隐患。(剩余4862字)
