中西面点的差异和融合创新发展策略探讨
摘 要:随着社会经济的发展,人们的生活水平也日渐提高,因此在饮食的追求上,人们也开始朝着多样化的方向发展。尤其在对面点的追求上,中西方的面点也出现了融合发展的趋势。但是归根结底,中西方面点存在着本质的区别。本文针对中西面点进行概述,并对中西面点的差异和融合创新发展进行相关策略分析。

Abstract: With the development of the social economy, people’s living standards are also improving day by day. Therefore, in the pursuit of diet, people are also beginning to develop in a diversified direction. Especially in the pursuit of noodles, there is a trend of integration and development between Chinese and Western noodles. But ultimately, there are fundamental differences between the Chinese and Western aspects. This article provides an overview of Chinese and Western pastries, and analyzes the differences and integration of innovative development strategies between Chinese and Western pastries.
