浅谈幼儿园食堂食品安全的精细化管理

摘 要：幼儿园食堂食品安全关系到全体幼儿的生命健康，关系到幼儿园的稳定和发展，为给幼儿健康成长提供一个良好的生活、学习环境，幼儿园必须加强食堂食品安全管理。本文主要分析了幼儿园食品安全存在的隐患，并提出了加强幼儿园食堂精细化管理的措施和建议。

Abstract： Kindergarten canteen food safety is related to the life and health of all children， related to the stability and development of the kindergarten， in order to provide a good living and learning environment for the healthy growth of children， the kindergarten must strengthen the canteen food safety management. This paper mainly analyzes the hidden dangers of kindergarten food safety， and puts forward the measures and suggestions to strengthen the fine management of kindergarten canteen.
