摘 要：本文介绍了“5S”及定置化管理在检验检测室改进过程中起到的作用，提出了在检验检测实验室管理中引入“5S”及定置化管理的一些建议及具体实施方案，以确保实验室质量管理体系的不断改进和持续、有效运行。

Abstract： This paper introduces the role of “5S” and fixed management in the improvement process of the inspection and testing room.
