Abstract： Based on the actual situation of food safety risk control and management in university canteens and the comprehensive needs of teachers and students for ensuring their physical health and life safety， this article analyzes and discusses specific countermeasures for food safety risk control and management in university canteens， providing reference for ensuring the healthy and stable development of universities and improving the service level of university canteens.
