基于全生命周期视角分析汽车零部件企业成本管理

摘 要：当前，汽车零部件企业能否提升成本管理水平直接关系到企业能否实现长期健康稳定发展。本文基于全生命周期视角，对汽车零部件企业开展成本管理工作的必要性展开分析，并针对性地提出了提升成本管理水平的有效措施。

Analysis of the Cost Management of Auto Parts Enterprises based on the Perspective of the Whole Life Cycle

Abstract：At present， whether auto parts companies can improve their cost management is directly related to whether they can achieve long-term， healthy and stable development. Based on the perspective of the whole life cycle， this paper analyzes the necessity of cost management for auto parts companies， and puts forward effective measures to improve the level of cost management.
