汽车内饰零部件中VOCs散发的快速分析方法研究

摘 要:本研究采用了一种多离子在线质谱仪快速分析汽车零部件中的VOCs散发物质,并与传统分析仪器GCMS/HPLC的结果进行比较。结果显示,两组分析结果之间具有良好的相关性,从而说明多离子在线质谱仪能够被应用于汽车零部件中VOCs散发的快速扫描测试,为汽车VOCs管控提供一种全新的快速分析方法。

Research on VOCs Emission from Automotive Interior Parts by Rapid Analysis Method

Abstract:In this study, a selected ion flow tube mass spectrometry was used for rapid analysis of VOCs emitted from automotive parts, and the results were compared with those of traditional analysis method GCMS/HPLC. The results show that there is a good correlation between the two analysis results, which shows that the selected ion flow tube mass spectrometry can be applied to the rapid scanning test of VOCs emission in automotive parts, and provide a new fast analysis method for the control of automotive VOCs.
