论新时代高校辅导员如何提升自身素质

摘 要：在新时代下，高校辅导员面临着越来越多的挑战，辅导员自身素质的高低直接决定工作质量的好坏。因此，不断提升自身素质对于辅导员个人、学生以及高校育人工作，都具有十分重要的意义。辅导员可以从素质能力、职业技能、自身形象三个方面共同发力，提升自身素质，为学生服务，提高高校育人水平。

On How to Improve the Quality of College Counselors in the New Era

Abstract：In the new era， college counselors are facing more and more challenges. The quality of counselors directly determines the quality of their work. Therefore， continuous improvement of one's own quality is of great significance to personal counselors， students， and the education of colleges and universities. Counselors can work together from the three aspects of quality and ability， professional skills， and their own image to improve their own quality， serve students， and improve the level of education in universities.
