某SUV车型排气低频噪声的优化

摘 要:本文针对我司某SUV的排气低频噪声声品质问题进行改善提升,通过对消声器内部结构进行优化设计,在共振消声器内部采用排气阀改善排气低频噪声。并通过理论分析和实车测试,对改进前后的排气低频噪声及整车排气背压进行了分析,成功解决了排气低频噪声问题。

Optimization of Exhaust Low Frequency Noise of an SUV Model

Abstract:This article aims to improve the quality of the exhaust low-frequency noise of an SUV in a company. By optimizing the internal structure of the muffler, an exhaust valve is used in the resonance muffler to improve the low-frequency noise of the exhaust. And through theoretical analysis and actual vehicle test, the exhaust low-frequency noise before and after the improvement and the exhaust back pressure of the whole vehicle were analyzed, and the problem of exhaust low-frequency noise was successfully solved.

1 引言

本文研究的课题来源于东风柳汽某SUV车型,在ET-lot阶段进行NVH性能测试时存在2阶和4阶低频排气噪声问题,将会影响客户的驾驶感受。(剩余2688字)
