校企双元定向培养机车乘务员的探索与实践

摘 要：本文在分析机车乘务员定向培养意义的基础上，提出通过师资互兼互聘组建教学团队、对接岗位要求设置教学内容、基地共建共享丰富实训资源、实施考教分离评价培训效果、校企齐抓共管创新管理体制的方式开展机车乘务员定向培养，并分析了定向培养过程中存在的问题，以期为其他研究者提供借鉴。

Exploration and Practice of Training Locomotive Attendants in School and Enterprise Dual Orientation

Abstract：Based on the analysis of the significance of the targeted training of locomotive crews， this paper proposes to form teaching teams through mutual hiring of teachers， to set up teaching content for matching positions， to build bases and share abundant training resources， to implement separation of examinations and education， and to evaluate training effects. All the enterprises have carried out the oriented training of locomotive crews in the way of co-management and innovative management system， and analyzed the problems existing in the oriented training process， hoping to provide reference for other researchers.
