构建基于1+X证书制度下新能源汽车技术专业职业技能证书体系

摘 要：基于目前新能源汽车技术专业职业教育的人才培养模式和获取证书的现状，构建结合实际生产的职业技能等级证书体系，并以此为范例，为学校的其他适用1+X证书的专业借鉴。

Construction of a New Energy Vehicle Technology Professional Vocational Skill Certificate System based on the 1+X Certificate System

Abstract：Based on the current talent training mode and the status of obtaining certificates for new energy vehicle technology professional education， the article constructs a vocational skill level certificate system that combines actual production， and uses this as an example for other schools to apply 1+X certificate for reference.

1 1+X证书制度与实施1+X证书制度的意义

2019年《关于在院校实施“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度试点方案》就是所谓的1+X证书制度，所谓的“1”就是指学历证书，“X”就是若干职业技能等级证书，1+X证书制度是《国家职业教育改革实施方案》全国教育大会精神的体现，目的是为了提升国家职业教育质量，而进行有针对性的职业教育的改革;是将“学历证书”与“若干职业技能等级证书”有机结合，按照高质量发展要求，结合复合型人才培养模式与技能型人才培养模式的不同特点进行改革，这是一项重大创新举措。（剩余3510字）
