大学生机械设计创新实践:硬币分离装置

摘 要:截至目前,相关硬币分离装置已经能够很好解决硬币分离困难,现在基本具备了噪声小、传动稳定、性能可靠等特点,大多采用电涡流法,但是仍然不够全面,不够系统。针对这一现象,通过机械设计创新实践,设计一款硬币分离装置精细化实现分离、防伪、辨别、计数、打包等一体化功能。

Abstract:Up to now, related coin separation devices have been able to solve the difficulty of coin separation very well. Now they basically have the characteristics of low noise, stable transmission and reliable performance. Most of them adopt eddy current method, but they are still not comprehensive and systematic enough. In view of this phenomenon, the article through mechanical design innovation practice, designed a coin separation device refined to achieve separation, anti-counterfeiting, discrimination, counting, packaging and other integrated functions.

1 基本工作原理与设计思路
