技工院校汽车机械识图课堂工匠精神的培育

摘 要：工匠精神培育是技工院校教育的重要内容。本文在分析工匠精神内涵的基础上，以汽车机械识图课堂教学为例介绍了课堂上如何融入爱岗敬业、耐心专注、一丝不苟、团结合作、精益求精等工匠精神要素，以提高学生的个人素养和职业道德水平，为中职技校教师提供教学参考。

Cultivation of Craftsman's Spirit in the Classroom of Auto Mechanical Drawing in Technical Colleges

Abstract：The cultivation of craftsman spirit is an important content of the education of technical colleges. Based on the analysis of the connotation of the craftsman’s spirit， this article introduces how to integrate the craftsman’s spirit elements such as love of work， patience， focus， meticulousness， unity and cooperation， and excellence in the classroom to improve the students’ personal qualities and professional ethics level providing teaching reference for teachers in secondary vocational technical schools.

1 引言

随着党中央及政府对工匠精神培育的重视，随着世界技能大赛和首届全国职业技能大赛的举办，技工院校和职业院校也逐渐加强了对工匠精神培育的渗透，在各类教学设计比赛中较多教师也在课程思政中提到工匠精神的内容。（剩余3080字）
