基于数据驱动的生产管理方法的创新及应用

摘 要：生产管理是企业获得高效益的关键环节。该文提出了创新型的数据驱动的生产管理方法，在某发动机厂生产管理系统中应用了该方法进行生产管理，应用表明可大幅度提高生产信息的传递效率，以及数据分析到决策之间的效率，从而减少了人为管理成本，提高了该企业的生产效益。

Innovation and Application of Production Management Method Based on Data Drive

Abstract：Production management is the key link for enterprises to obtain high benefits. This article proposes an innovative data-driven production management method， which is applied to the production management system of an engine factory for production management. The application shows that the transmission efficiency of production information can be greatly improved， as well as the efficiency of the data analysis of decision-making， thereby reducing human management costs and improving the production efficiency of the enterprise.
