Research on cargo airline route network feature analysis based on SpacePandK-means

Abstract:As theaircargo industryrapidly expands,the structure of aircargo networks has become increasingly complex. In viewof this,the paperconstructs acargo airlineroute network model using the Space Pmodeling methodand conducts anindepthanalysisof thenetwork withtheK-meansclustering algorithm.Keynetwork characteristicindicatorssuchasdegree, averagepathlengthusteringcoeficient,ndbetweennessareseletedtlasifytheouteetworkherarcicallyvealigthe complex featuresandhierarchical structureof thenetwork.Thesmall-worldcharacteristicsofthenetworkareassessed by simulation experiments,and the clustering results under different K values are obtained with the silhouette coefficient,so as to determinetheoptimalclusteringefects.Aditionall,therobustnessoftheroutenetworkunderattackissimulated,which indicatesthatinthecaseofacertainvulnerablenetwork,thispaperprovidesimportantinsightsfortheoptimizationand enhancement of the anti-risk capabilities ofcargo airlineroute networks.
