基于“1+X”证书制度的工业机器人专业“岗课赛证”融通模式研究

摘 要：本文分析了高职院校工业机器人技术专业的发展现状，针对工业机器人技术专业人才培养的相关问题提出了人才培养模式：依托产业学院，传承工匠精神；对接职业标准，重构课程体系；聚焦技能大赛，提升职业素养。这促进了工业机器人专业“岗课赛证”的融通，实现了工业机器人专业高端技术技能型人才的培养。

Research on the Integration Mode of "Post Course Competition Certificate"

of Industrial Robot Specialty Based on "1+X" Certificate System

Abstract：The paper analyzes the development status of industrial robot technology specialty in higher vocational colleges，and puts forward some suggestions to rely on Industrial College and inherit craftsman spirit；Docking professional standards and reconstructing curriculum system；Focusing on skill competition，improving professional quality and other talent training modes，promoted the integration of "post course competition certificate" of industrial robot specialty，and realized the training of highend technical and skilled talents of industrial robot specialty.
