从法制到法治:学校法治教育的学术史考察

摘要 法治教育是我国学校教育的重要议题。改革开放之后,我国法治教育研究的发展经历两个时期:法制教育研究集中时期、法治教育研究集中时期。未来学校法治教育研究应关注学科逻辑,进一步拓展研究内容,合理借鉴域外经验,研究中国现实问题。

From the Legal System to the Rule of Law: A Review of the Academic History of School Rule of Law Education

Abstract Rule of law education is an important issue of school education in China. After the reform and opening up, the development of legal education research in China has experienced two periods: the period of concentration of legal education research and the period of concentration of legal education research. In the future, the research on the rule of law education in schools should pay attention to the discipline logic, further expand the research content, reasonably learn from foreign experience, and study the practical problems in China.
