我国普通高校本科生导师制高质量发展策略研究

摘要 文章基于对多个地区高校的调研,发现我国高校本科生导师制的实施已经取得了引导知识整合、完善知识体系以及助力思政教育的成效,同时也存在制度机制不完善、角色定位不清晰和培养模式不规范等问题,最后针对这些问题提出了我国普通高校本科生导师制高质量发展的策略建议。

Research on High Quality Development Strategy ofUndergraduate Tutorial System in Colleges and Universities in China

Abstract Based on the investigation of colleges in many regions, this paper finds that the implementation ofundergraduate tutorial system has achieved the results of guiding knowledge integration, improving knowledge system and helping ide ological and political education. At the same time, there are also some problems such as imperfect system mechanism, unclear role orientation and non-standard training mode. Finally, in view of these problems, this paper puts forward some strategic suggestions for the high-quality development of undergraduate tutorial system in colleges in China.
